Return and Refund Policy

Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Please include your order number or proof of purchase. Sale and discounted items follow the same return policy.

How to Start a Return
Contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back.

Return Shipping
Warmth Haus covers return shipping for approved, eligible returns. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether it’s approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
